We look upon ourselves in a pro-active role to ensure that the design reflects the Client’s brief and that his specific requirements have been met.
From preliminary first ideas expressed through schematic sketches through the more advanced 3D rendering techniques we work to design an identity that encompasses all the details of a space that invites you to live a new experience. This creative process helps us establish clear guidelines about the space and it allows us to translate / communicate to the client a clear idea of the intended atmosphere and environment of this space.
We are committed to the client’s interest by practising our non-adversarial attitude assuring that any alternative design proposals are fully explored and evaluated, the proposed design is capable of realisation within the budget/cost plan, the design is fully co-ordinated across all disciplines and - the required quality standards are reflected in the detail design and capable of economic, achievement on site. As Project Manager, we have no contractual constraints other than our professional appointment.
Once appointed we guarantee to produce information in a timely manner or complete all the design before the tender stage to obtain a Lump Sum Bid as early as possible.
